I am pleased to recommend realtor David Rasmussen to future clients. David worked with me for several weeks as I sought a Town House in Lincoln. He sent all recent listings in my price range and preferred location to me, but he never pressured me; he always told me to wait until I found "the one." Because I live out of town, it was not always easy for me to get to Lincoln on short notice; David knew this and checked out places I was interested in. When I did find something of interest and it went under contact quickly, David never let me get discouraged. Finally, "the one" became available and David guided me in putting in a bid. During the month-long period before closing, when I was not in Lincoln, David took care of setting up an inspection and guided me in what to ask for from the seller. He even went to the house and watered the lawn, which was getting too dry. When I wanted to view the house one more time, he took care of that and made a visit available. He sent me addresses of utility companies and other services that I will need. Because I am not familiar with Lincoln, this was invaluable to me. With both transactions moving so quickly David did an excellent job of making sure that everything continued to move forward so we could close on time.
