David attended the University of Nebraska where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Economics.  There, he participated in Student Government, as well as financial internships, and service industry work.  In it all, he gained a deep understanding of the effect of supply and demand on existing real estate markets, as well as the unique insight into how to negotiate, while protecting his client's best interest.

After college, David continued in the service industry, acquiring over twenty years of valuable experience connecting and communicating with a vast clientele, in communities such as New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles.  He diversified his work ventures by working in Sales and Sales Management for eight years, including six years in a self-employed partnership, motivating David to pursue Real Estate as his next entrepreneurial endeavor.  David's thirty years of distinct professional experiences give him the ability to bring buyers and sellers together to get deals done, while providing a service approach to the clients he represents.

David enjoys volunteering as the Director of Haven Foundation, based in Whitefish, Montana, which offers financial support for continuing education to people globally.  He spends his free time managing his investment portfolio and hiking.
